‘Lee’s business career started on the front line of operations, not in the boardroom. Working his way up from admin assistant to senior leadership, he built his reputation by solving problems, earning trust, and delivering results – an experience that shaped his belief that successful businesses are built on clarity, consistency, and care.

In 2009, Lee co-founded Common Sense Compliance, growing it over 15 years into an international compliance and technology company with strong recurring revenue, a loyal team, and long-standing client relationships. The business achieved sustained double-digit growth and ultimately completed a successful private equity sale.

Having led a company through expansion, downturns, pivots, and exit, Lee understands first-hand what founders and owners truly need: practical structure, clear thinking, and support grounded in real-world experience – not just theory. He was also selected for the Goldman Sachs 10,000 Small Businesses Programme, where he developed the growth strategy that helped drive the company to sale.

Today, Lee works with founders, senior leaders, and growing businesses who want clarity, momentum, and a path to sustainable scale. His approach is hands-on and personal, combining strategic direction with practical execution to help leaders build companies that work – commercially and personally.’
